Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead all initiatives to establish Songdew as a leading label in the music industry.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan and strategy, overseeing its implementation to achieve the company’s label objectives.
  • Identify exceptional talent within the music industry and forge long-term partnerships and deals to foster their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with regional labels, fostering strategic alliances and partnerships to expand the company’s presence and influence.
  • Create and execute dynamic marketing plans for music releases, ensuring effective promotion and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various streaming platforms, leveraging these connections to promote artists and musicians effectively.
  • Diversify revenue streams beyond streaming, exploring opportunities for sync licensing and other forms of brand partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful business strategies within the music industry.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of the music industry.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to identify and tap into talented musicians and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing marketing campaigns that lead to successful revenue generation and increased brand recognition.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sync licensing process and its application within the music industry.
