About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team for an exciting music conference. The ideal candidate should have a passion for music and visual storytelling, with expertise in editing compelling video content and creating dynamic motion graphics. You will play a key role in crafting engaging visual experiences for promotional materials, live event visuals, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, event highlights, and social media content.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to conceptualize and execute video strategies.
- Work with raw footage, audio, and graphics to produce seamless and engaging edits.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and the overall creative vision of the conference.
- Manage video assets, backups, and organization of media files.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion design, and the music industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, preferably in the music, entertainment, or events industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience with live event visuals and stage graphics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of 3D animation and rendering tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
