Job Details:
Designation: Marketing Manager & Labels Operation
Location: India
The Marketing and Labels Operation Manager will oversee both international artist campaigns and label-specific marketing strategies. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, delivering effective campaigns, and managing all aspects of campaign development and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Strategize and execute marketing campaigns for both international and local artists, including release planning and audience engagement.
Create community-driven content and campaigns that resonate with audiences across digital platforms.
2. Release Operations & Label Management
Oversee end-to-end release operations, ensuring timely delivery of all assets and milestones.
Manage artists and relations during releases and promotions, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across music, merchandise, and visual storytelling.
3. Partnerships & Media Relations
Lead partnerships with DSPs (Digital Service Providers), influencers, and key platforms to maximize artist visibility.
Establish and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, content creators, and digital influencers for interviews, podcasts, and promotional activities.
Skills Required:
✔ Experience: 3 to 5 years in creative industries, such as entertainment, music labels, management companies, or media agencies.
✔ Music Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and campaign execution.
✔ Community Building: Ability to nurture music communities through creative content, events, and strategic interactions.
✔ Partnership Management: Proven experience in fostering relationships with media, PR agencies, and influencers.
✔ Project Management: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
✔ Creative Thinking: Ability to develop buzzworthy campaigns that align with brand identity.
✔ Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
✔ Strong Leadership: A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔ Industry Network: Strong relationships with artists and artist managers is a plus.
