About the Role:
We’re looking for a multi-skilled Graphic & Motion Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and can conceptualize, design, animate, and write punchy copy — all tailored for social media. If you can turn briefs into engaging visuals and content in no time, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate social-first content (reels, carousels, GIFs, stories, etc.)
- Write engaging, clear, and brand-aligned copy for all visual assets
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and artist teams to bring campaigns to life
- Build and maintain visual templates and brand design systems
- Stay on top of pop culture and trends to create timely, relevant content
- Own content creation end-to-end from concept to delivery under tight timelines
You Should Have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- A strong portfolio with both static and motion design (social-first preferred)
- Great copywriting instincts — short-form, snappy, and scroll-stopping
- Strong grasp of content formats across Instagram, YouTube, and digital media
- Agility in executing multiple content formats quickly with high quality
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating brand identities, design systems, or campaign toolkits
- Interest in music, digital culture, fashion, or events
