About the Role

Mirchi is looking for an Event Team Lead to spearhead the creation, growth, and execution of high-impact IPs and experiential events. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional event expertise, and the ability to drive both innovation and profitability.

As the Event Team Lead, you will conceptualize industry-defining IPs, develop multi-year product growth strategies, and ensure each event delivers strong commercial value and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. IP & Product Development

  • Conceptualize and build scalable, differentiated IPs with strong audience value.

  • Develop ancillary formats, spin-offs, and extensions to strengthen brand presence.

  • Create multi-year growth and sustainability roadmaps for each property.

  • Own end-to-end product deck development with clarity, creativity, and commercial alignment.

2. Business Planning & Profitability

  • Achieve a minimum 25% profitability for every IP through strategic planning and financial discipline.

  • Oversee P&L feasibility from ideation to execution across all events and properties.

  • Evaluate product saleability, audience potential, and revenue opportunities across sponsorships, ticketing, and brand partnerships.

3. Strategic Growth & Innovation

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for every event property; monitor and optimize performance.

  • Continuously innovate to evolve the IP ecosystem and maintain market competitiveness.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, content, and ops teams for seamless execution.

External Stakeholder Management

  • Work with key clients, agencies, partners, and event managers to ensure smooth planning, execution, and commercial success.
