Purpose of The Role The incumbent will provide comprehensive support in all aspect of events production, while also leading projects at individual level. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to successful on-ground execution, delivering high-quality results within set timelines and creating enhanced brand experience for all stakeholders.

Job Accountabilities

  • Drive end-to-end planning of event production including concept feasibility and on-ground deployment
  • Develop detailed production plans and take ownership on deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure seamless and timely execution of greenlit projects within quality benchmarks
  • Prepare project budgets aligned with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, agencies and partners
  • Ensure cost optimization and ensure services as per agreed project delivery and quality standards
  • Identify, evaluate potential vendors, partners to support varied project requirements
  • Ensure cross-functional efficiencies in communicating project plans, budgets, and execution
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, production techniques, and event trends
  • Proactively suggest and integrate innovations that can enhance brand experience
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in Event Management Agency / Event Function of Corporates in the role of Events Production & Operations
Skills
  • Functional knowledge of all production elements of events including staging, branding, dcor, audio, video, lights, power, etc.
  • Planning and budgeting of events at low-scale to mid-scale levels
  • Fluency and advanced working knowledge in Ms Office
  • Knowledge of Design Software like AutoCAD, Corel Draw would be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage fast paced/ dynamic working situations and deliver within timelines
