In this role you will contribute to help getting the right music out of the artists’ ecosystem of Sony Music. You will be finding out emerging and exciting talent, working to get the best out of them and making sure all the necessary processes are in place while getting the above jobs done.
What you will do:
- Find out the emerging talent across the industry
- Work with them to create exciting music that serves the organization needs
- Align all the necessary steps like agreements, payments etc. to be in line with the set timelines
- Understand data and analytics to have a competitive edge in finding new trends
- Develop great relationships with the overall artist community in the market
Who you are:
- Fluent in Telugu and English
- Previous Experience in A&R/Artist management
- Strong Music Knowledge
- People management
- Project management experience
- Good in understanding data
- Detailed and forward thinking
