This role focuses on identifying emerging music talent, discovering new tracks, and strengthening our artist and label ecosystem. You will play a key part in shaping our music catalog, improving track performance, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities-
Music Scouting & Discovery
– Actively scout new and emerging music talent across various genres.
– Maintain and grow a network of artists and labels. Monitor industry trends to identify potential hits.
– Collaborate with marketing, and creative teams to select the best tracks for upcoming releases.
Track Servicing & Distribution
– Work closely with artists and labels to strategize and plan effective release campaigns.
– Organize and maintain the music catalog, ensuring that all files, promotional assets, and information are up-to date and easily accessible.
– Monitor and manage the performance of serviced tracks, ensuring they receive optimal exposure across digital and traditional media platforms.
– Collaborate with the operations team for seamless release execution and handle follow-ups as needed.
– Partner with marketing team to assess track performance and suggest data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of work experience with Sales
• 2+ years of work experience with Talent Scouting
• 2+ years of work experience with Music
