Job ​Purpose

The A&R ​Manager oversees short- and ​long-term ​creative production ​projects related to ​artists’ core ​content—music, ​performance, visual ​assets, ​and ​other creative outputs—based ​on ​HYBE India’s policies, ​principles, ​and ​workflows. You will ​manage timelines, ​quality ​checks and ​budgets across ​all ​project phases, ensuring ​smooth execution ​and proactive issue resolution.

This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to define roles, responsibilities, and work scopes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze artist/project concepts and requirements to establish execution plans for core content production
  • Lead milestone planning, budget management, R&R definition, workflow planning, and risk management for Creative projects
  • Report progress and key decisions to leadership and share updates with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate workflows with internal teams and manage partnerships and contracts with external vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong English communication skills (required); Korean language proficiency is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/management with strong execution capability
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects with internal and external creative organizations
  • Respectful and collaborative mindset toward working with creative experts
  • Balanced understanding of creative work and structured, logical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the global music industry or prior work in A&R is highly preferred
  • Collaboration and project leadership experience involving creators and diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in creative content planning/production or content strategy
  • Experience in advertising, media production, or relevant fields
  • Ability to prepare strategic documents and communicate with leadership
