The incredible debutants of Sunburn 11



Sunburn, Asia’s biggest music festival (28-31 December) has a new venue for its 2017 edition and it can’t get any bigger. After shifting to Maharashtra from Goa last year, Sunburn will host its 11th edition at the sprawling Oxford Golf Resort, Lavale in Pune.

The new sunburn venue is spread across over 100 acres of land and covered by abundant greenery with stunning views of hills on all sides, thus making it the perfect destination for fans to live the Sunburn experience.

With a stellar line up of artists spread across 4 featured stages (Sunburn main stage, Krunk showcase stage, Psy Stage and Techno stage) Sunburn Festival 11 is all set to take the dance music experience to a whole new level.

Along with the heavyweights from the dance music world, Sunburn will play host to some amazing artists for the first time. Here are the debut acts of Sunburn 11 you shouldn’t miss.


Houston born, Hayden Capuozzo or KAYZO, has become one of the most sought after young producer/DJs in the business. The versatile sound and catalogue of this young sensation have quickly grabbed the attention of fans and fellow DJs. With the establishment of his Doghouse brand, fans have turned to Kayzo to seek more than just his music. Get ready to dance to Kayzo’s most popular track This Time and more at Sunburn 11


The creation of his successful label Dirty Workz was a huge step in this young DJ’s career, allowing him to take his music beyond even his own expectations and also giving new talents within the Hard Dance scene a respectable platform to launch new and exciting sounds into the scene. Coone has collaborated with Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike for the track Madness which became an instant hit.

Ten Walls

Marijus Adomaitis, better known by his stage name Ten Walls is a Lithuanian producer best known for his 2014 single Walking with Elephants, which peaked at number 6 on the UK Singles Chart.

Luigi Rocca

The Italian electronic scene has been bubbling ferociously with some incredible talent and one of the flagbearers of the scene being, Turin based Luigi Rocca. The self-made producer and global traveling DJ also runs 303Lovers alongside Manuel De La Mare Luigi have managed to forge a successful career performing at some of the planets most renowned and best-loved parties. Be ready to usher in the new year with Luigi’s Black Magic and more such hits.

Clean Bandit

Clean Bandit is an electronic, classical crossover, electropop and dance-pop band. The band mixes electronic music with classical pieces by composers such as Mozart and Shostakovich. Some of their music also involves tongue-in-cheek humour. Global party anthem Rockabye ft. Sean Paul is the biggest hit of Clean Bandit till date.

High N Bass

The High’n Bass project originates from the union of two famous Italian Dj/Producers, Fabrizio Giuliana & Roberto Tropea. They convey a sense of happiness, going from House to Tribal to Electro-House seamlessly. Their everlasting wish of evolution, makes the High’n Bass, one of the most promising projects in the House-Music scenario.

Chippy Non-Stop

Chippy Non-Stop is a woman with an extremely powerful voice and brimming with barely-contained energy. Whether it’s through her music or Twitter ­feed, a never-ending monologue, she is a fearless and unapologetic artist. Listen to her track Money Dance here

Will Atkinson

Is the tech, trance, techno, electronica, progressive, experimental? He is all of them and so much more. And it’s this extreme talent that has been the driving force behind Will’s vast appeal and an ever-growing army of passionate fans around the world. Atkinson’s Numb The Pain is a perfect example of the masterpieces he can create.

Beyond these powerful debutants Sunburn 11 will also host a special NYE performance by World’s No.1 DJ Martin Garrix along with Afrojack and electronic dance music legends Infected Mushroom. The festival will also feature Belgian duo and world No.2 DJs, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike on 28 December. After a packed Sunburn arena earlier this year, DJ Snake will make a comeback to the festival with his performance on 29th December. The stellar line-up also includes one of the best live act of 2017, KSHMR on 30 December. With more than 95 artists spread over a span of 4 days, Sunburn 11 is definitely the place to ring in the new year, miss it at your own risk.
