Early Set will be performed by Kaya Rao Shetty. She is a young poet, singer, actor, and dancer who is just emerging yet creating waves in the young Bangalore music scene, with her husky, skilled vocals and strong stage presence. She doodles in her diaries, paints and scribbles lines and rhymes on her room walls and cupboards, and dabbles with tie and dye. When she isn't busy writing on her blog, she is either sitting on a tree or the greenest space she can find with her guitar, rehearsing or scripting a play. Kaya opened her thoughts to poetry as an expression for her inner voice, and the issues she feels her generation, or rather, the world is facing. She is passionate, loves people and the stage and is currently working on her original tunes which she hopes to launch very soon.
Kaya will perform a set of contemporary pop-rock covers with a couple of original tunes thrown into the mix.
