Formed in 2007, Last Train is a French rock band consisting of vocalist Jean-Noel Scherrer, guitarist Julien Peultier, Drummer Antoine Baschung and bass player Timothee Gerard. Last Train is a trip, a mesmerizing rock track, a journey through a tormented yet mastered universe. Their reputation cant be bought and follows them tour after tour, night after night,
Their first two EPs, ‘The Holy Family’, and ‘Fragile’were released in 2015 and 2016 respectively and a full-length album, ‘Weathering’, in 2017. After winning Le Printemps de Bourges, the biggest French festival for up and coming bands, Last Train toured across Europe performing 40 shows in two months and ending their summer tour at the Rock en Seine Festival in Paris.
Though they’re only in their mid-twenties, Jean-Noel, Julien, Tim and Antoine have been playing together for over 10 years. This true-blue rock band from the east of France has a mature, blues-filled sound, and an electric energy on stage.
Colt Silvers is a French indie band consisting of singer Tristan Lepagney, bass player Nicolas Lietaert, guitarist Florian Kanny and drummer Julien Hohl. Formed in 2008, Colt Silvers’ universe is inspired by pop culture and has a strong cinematographic feeling.
The band has released three albums and one EP, and have performed over a hundred shows in Europe, US and Asia. The quartet is following their inevitable climb to the summit of the French pop scene helped by their third album, ‘Swords’, released in 2016 and recorded in New York and their hometown, Strasbourg.
Initially producing minimalist electro-pop, the four accomplices have incorporated various styles to enlarge their musical range even further: Tribal percussions, stunning orchestrations and a hint of bass music. In search of new horizons, the group reveals in particular its new collaboration with the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra as a part of the symphony of the arts.
Colt Silvers offers a cocktail well shaken by rock energy and electro rhythms. Expect some high energy live performances by the band.
