Calling out all the tribes for EVC’s fifth year as they are bringing a supreme lineup at India’s largest two-day multi-genre indoor concert on 16-17 December at Nesco Center, Mumbai. Witness Armin Van Buuren and Arijit Singh live as the headliners on 16 and 17 December respectively, along with several other international and homegrown artists such as Robin Schulz, Markus Schulz, Nucleya, Get Massive, DJ Chetas, Shirley Setia among others.
Sponsored by Comio mobiles, EVC has shifted its venue from Aamby Valley City to Mumbai “due to extenuating circumstances”. As endorsed India’s first two-day indoor concert this year, there will be no camping, adventure sports, and sunsets from Lonavla and we strongly hope the festival doesn’t lose its appeal here in a semi-concrete jungle.
Now, before you undergo the ultimate experience of EVC, there are a few things you should be familiar with. Read on.
Due to the safety and security concerns of the patrons/audience, there will be no re-entry for the event. For no-one. Safety is still the most paramount priority for EVC. No one can re-enter the venue during the day if he/she leaves.
“Being bound by global mandates and standard operating procedures, we take this very seriously and we follow all global protocols to ensure that we are the safest festival that one can go to,” stated co-founder of EVC Devraj Sanyal (Also MD and CEO, UMG and EMI India and South Asia).
To the known and unknown, the gates to the concert will open at 2 pm on both days and it will be on until 10 pm for both the days. Also, you don’t have to be 18+ to attend EVC. The age limit for entry to the concert is 12 years and above.
Exchange your E-Tickets at the venue box office to get the concert wristband. If you have bought a two-day GA ticket for the concert, and you can’t make it on the first day, you can enter on the second day at any time as long as you have a valid ticket. They are also providing one-day tickets in two categories – GA and VIP. Check the website: www.evc.co.in. Know that, there are no F&B inclusions in the two-day tickets.
The concert will allow you to consume alcohol if you have an LDA (Legal Drinking Age) Band, obviously. It will be issued upon producing a valid Government ID at the Box Office. Also, beverage coupons are not available for pre-purchase. You can buy the same at the festival box office or inside the festival venue. Don’t forget to carry a valid original government photo ID proof.
To finish, there will be VVIP tables and Table experience. Package one worth 72000 INR (GST included) will include concert entry just for one day (Either 16 or 17 December), VVIP lounge access, reserved table for six guests, two alcohol bottles of your choice or 20 beer pints, a snack hamper, unlimited soft drinks and mixers, and free parking for two cars.
Package two worth 1lakh will include (GST included) concert entry just for one day (Either 16 or 17 December), VVIP lounge access, reserved table for ten guests, three alcohol bottles of your choice or 30 beer pints or mix combination, a snack hamper, unlimited soft drinks and mixers, and free parking for three cars.
