BARC Week 23: Mastiii is back at the top

In week 23 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) all India (U+R) data, Mastiii overtook 9XM claiming the top spot, growing in numbers from 136195 Impressions (‘000s) to 151708 Impressions (‘000s).

9XM at the second spot saw a growth in numbers from 145297 Impressions (‘000s) to 147537 Impressions (‘000s), however, couldn’t match up to Mastiii in week 23.

Sony MIX is at the third spot same as last week, however, dipping in numbers from 125409 Impressions (‘000s) to 114741 Impressions (‘000s).

Among other Hindi music channels, B4U Music and 9X Jalwa exchanged spots. Last week’s fourth place holder B4U music witnessed a drop from 113965 Impressions (‘000s) to 105543 Impressions (‘000s), managing to claim the fifth spot. Whereas, 9X Jalwa also dropped in numbers from 113920 Impressions (‘000s) to 110589 Impressions (‘000s), placing itself at the fourth position.

Same as last week, MTV Beats is in the sixth position, with a major drop in numbers from 101447 Impressions (‘000s) to 97855 Impressions (‘000s).

Amongst other Hindi music channels, there were no major changes in the chart except Zee ETC Bollywood who finished the week (Last week’s ninth place-holder) at the eighth position with 23071 Impressions (‘000s) pushing back Music India to the ninth position with 20093 Impressions (‘000s).

VH1 HD finished week 23 at the last position with a major dip from 580 Impressions (‘000s) to 157 Impressions (‘000s).
