Barc Week-1 2018: 9X Jalwa and Sony MIX switch spots, Mastii remains at top

In 2018 week 1, according to the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), all India (U+R), Mastiii persisted in the chart at the top position with 167719 Impressions (‘000).

Likewise, 9XM maintained the second position, same as last week with 133572 Impressions (‘000), and B4U Music is at the third with 126559 Impressions (‘000).

Among other music channels, Sony MIX is at the fourth with 121992 Impressions (‘000) and 9X Jalwa at the fifth with 112306 Impressions (‘000).

The notable change is between 9X Jalwa and Sony MIX. Last week’s fifth-place holder Sony MIX increased its numbers from 114077 Impressions (‘000) to 121992 Impressions (‘000), pushed back 9XM Jalwa, acquired fourth place. 9X Jalwa’s numbers dipped from 115320 Impressions (‘000) to 112306 Impressions (‘000), situated at fifth position.

Lastly, Music India increased its numbers from 21128 Impressions (‘000) to 24157 Impressions (‘000), got the eighth spot. Lastly, Vh1 HD finished week 1 with 268 Impressions (‘000).
